Tariffs Currently Trending To Have Minimal Impact To NSM’s P&L
With Tariffs headlining in the news, NSM's Supply Chain Team felt that we should share what we have learned as we navigate change and mitigate the risk of cost increases from our manufacturer partners. Currently, medical devices will continue to be protected by the Nairobi Protocol and this includes sub-assemblies and parts that may ship from out of country into the US for manufacturing of wheelchairs and medical device.

What You Need to Know Now About the Company-Wide Password Reset Scheduled for April 26
On Saturday, April 26, there will be a company wide password reset for all NSM network credentials, which are tied to your laptop/desktop, email, SAML single sign on and Multi-factor authentication (MFA). We highly recommend you begin thinking about you next complex unique STRONG PASSWORD. Also, please do not reset your password ahead of the scheduled date, as you will be asked to do it again on 4/26/2025.

April Overall Google Review Star Rating Climbs to 4.32 Average Across Organization
In the first 14 days of April, we have an overall average Google Review star rating of 4.32 and a total of 98 reviews across the organization, with 82% of these reviews being a 5-star review! 

Field Support Updates

Ormesa Still No Distribution In North America
Ormesa continues to look for a distributor willing to take up their product line in the US but have yet to find the right fit.  NSM is only purchasing replacement parts to support repairs and is unable to purchase or quote new devices. 

Repair Tutorial Videos For Smart Drive Added To NSM University - No need to ship into manufacturer for most repairs
NSM can conduct most repairs without shipping units into the manufacturer so be sure to check out the repair tutorial videos for Smart Drive that have been added to NSM University
