As we shared last week via email and on the WNSM homepage, NSM's Corporate Communications Team has launched a new communications refinement plan to reduce the volume of emails the corporate communications team sends out across the organization and streamline the resources employees access for company information/updates all in an effort to improve employee engagement.
In this month's ATP Advisor, we have simplified the format to make it easier to navigate and digest. If you want to view an article below, simply click the headline. We will be monitoring employee engagement and conducting periodic surveys to better understand preferences and adapt as needed. Preparing for the Upcoming Sick Season - the Big 3: Flu, COVID-19 & RSV (Originally published 9/6/23)
Serving Safely is what our customers expect and deserve when working with us and we are approaching that time of year when we start to see an increase in illnesses, including; Influenza (Flu), COVID-19 and RSV. In the last few weeks, we have already seen an increase in hospitalizations across the country by more than 20% and most are related to the new COVID-19 subvariant EG.5.
NSM's Supplies Division Continues to Expand Across the United States
NSM is continuing to expand the supplies division across the United States. The supplies division provides select services dependent on region, these services include Enteral, Urological, Incontinence, Ostomy, Wound Care, and Personal Care.

Home Access Internal Referral Program - It Pays to Refer!
NSM recognizes that dedicated employees are our greatest asset. As a reminder, to reward employees who refer clients internally, NSM will offer a Home Access Referral Bonus payment, less applicable taxes, to existing NSM employees upon the final delivery/installation of a qualified referral.
