Now submit Home Access referrals in just one click!
Following feedback from Symposium, the Home Access and IT Teams have partnered to redevelop the access referral process, streamlining submission requirements. The updated tool, which replaces the existing Access Referral button in Mobility Advisor, is designed to give NSM team members time back by submitting leads in fewer steps and helping provide NSM360 care with each client. In addition, referrals will now be more aware of the status of their referral with an updated custom email flow.
