Effective June 9: NSM Email Retention Policy
In 2024, we are approaching our priorities in a focused manner designed to improve the client experience and create operational efficiencies, while continuing to grow. These priorities are built on our Mission, Vision and HEARTS foundation and doing business in a compliant and safe manner. With this in mind, the NSM Email Retention Policy will be going into effect on June 9.
The policy effects ALL employees with an nsm-seating.com email address.

Help Create a New CRT Policy by Completing a 10-Minute Survey
The University of Pittsburgh, in collaboration with other investigators, seeks the opinion of all stakeholders related to identifying the attributes of a new coverage policy for Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT). Broad feedback is being sought from all stakeholder groups including people who use wheelchairs, care-partners/caregivers, clinicians, suppliers, manufacturers, technicians, policymakers, and funding sources.

RTS Certification Portal Updated to Make Renewal Process Fast & Easy

With this in mind, the RTS Certification Portal has been updated with enhancements that make the new application or renewal process easier and more efficient. NOW LIVE IN MOBILITY ADVISOR: Required Client Demographics Fields Completion for All New Work Orders
As of Monday, May 6, the required client demographic fields for all new work orders is now live in Mobility Advisor for any new order to be submitted. There is also a new CSS Queue that flags orders that are missing the required client demographic information so those orders can be prioritized to collect missing information prior to RTP.
Mobility Advisor Quick Fix Enhancements
Two quick fix enhancements have been added to Mobility Advisor to help increase efficiency when completing client information. Please be sure to review the enhancement updates regarding client delivery and client photo release.

Send Us Your "Tell Me Something Good" Client Stories
During the pandemic, we introduced an employee based initiative that we called "Tell Me Something Good" in which employees submitted feel good client stories and employee wins. These stories were shared in NSMNews and via social media, if the client that the story was about approved us to do so with the completion of a client media release form.
Hartford, CT NSM Momentum Academy a Success
Earlier this month, NSM hosted a Momentum Academy event in Hartford, CT where over 95 clinicians joined us for a day of learning! Feedback from the event was positive with referral source partners thoroughly enjoying the opportunity to connect with one another, NSM representatives and key supplier partners. As a reminder, these events are a great touchpoint for you to connect with your referral sources and invite them to register for these events when they are in your area!
