Funding Leaders and Teammates – I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for your tremendous contributions, dedication, and team efforts that are leading to successful client outcomes. July FCT for chairs closed at the best we’ve seen in the month of July tied with 2022 results and repair FCT has improved 6 days from this time last year. Funding DOO is the at the lowest we’ve seen since Jan of 2023 and Funding Action has been trending higher than February of 2023 while we continue to see improvement in backlog reduction for our clients. Oh, and July we saw the highest approvals per day so far this year reaching $3.1M/day! You make a difference for our clients. Great work, all! Let’s Keep Moving! – Donna Eoriatti

A thank you seems diminutive, but a BIG THANK YOU goes to Tracy Gasek for her help this week.  As you know, I was stranded in Atlanta trying to get back to Ohio (which set me back an additional workday) and without a second of hesitation, she jumped in to help with my clients/caseload.  She's also helping today to field emergency calls from clients, physicians, payers, etc., until my phone issues are resolved.  This is a great example of what teamwork is all about  -Kris Booth

Teri Angley is so valuable to me.  It’s not just the role she fills, it is HER.  She has developed strong professional relationships with my therapists.  They are all comfortable emailing her directly and vice versa.  She has developed professional relationships with the documentation specialists at several of my physician’s clinics where she can email them directly instead of submitting doc requests via fax.  I know that I would not be as successful as I currently am without her, and my therapists have even asked me to “slow down” as they have a hard time keeping up with how fast our TCT is for some of these kiddos. I would truly be scrambling without her.  She is not only knowledgeable, but she is a dedicated, very productive colleague.  I try not to bother her too frequently, but she always stops what she is doing to help in finding a viable solution for a client that’s difficult to get funded.  She is truly my partner in this business, and I would love to see her be recognized for her dedication to our clients, to me, and ultimately to NSM.  I don’t EVER want to try to do this without her! - Heather Bailey, ATP
