August Technology & Development Updates
Due to the focus on improving Mobility Advisor and Funding Portal Performance, system enhancements were delayed in progression.  We are excited to share the following enhancements that are actively being developed including the assigned tentative implementation date.  

MIR Category/Definition Update -  Clearly defined MIR categories and definitions are being created to better reflect MIR reasons and improve our ability to track and trend MIRs.  (ETA 8/17/2024)

Credit Policy Revision - We have identified necessary updates to better reflect current process and procedures that have changed over time. We are currently collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the appropriate updates are made. Please be on the lookout for the updated policy to be published soon! (ETA 8/24/2024)

MIR Queue Enhancements – Adding filtering, sorting and more to add improved organization and prioritization to the MIR Queue.  (ETA 9/72024)

Client Responsibility Collection Improvement - Create process and system improvement for client responsibility communication and collection which includes summary screen update and automation. (ETA 9/7/2024)


Here are a few of the larger projects we are working on next:


Crossover/Supplement Payer Improvement - Improved process that will introduce automation of the payer submission/authorization dates to mirror primary when we’ve identified a payer is a true crossover or supplemental payer.  

Fee Schedule Automation - Automate Fee schedule updates to workorders when a new fee schedule is updated.
