Effective January 2025: Clarification on the Cancellation of Orders Process for Self Pay Clients

We have recently identified that 51% of our current open Self Pay/Access Self Pay orders are aged over 60 days with 21% of those orders over 90 days without a clear confirmed path for funding. We are establishing a cancellation timeline for these orders in scenarios where we are unable to confirm funding in a reasonable timeframe as an investment in operational discipline. This clarification minimizes waste, strengthens financial hygiene, and aligns our resources with our goals, ensuring that efforts are focused on confirmed opportunities to drive growth. The current process guideline includes a 4-week timeline with no response, however, can be misinterpreted for Self Pay orders since these order types are not specifically called out.

Effective January 1st, 2025, we have clearly defined that any Self Pay orders that do not have confirmed payment within 60 days of the RTP date, will be cancelled following our current order cancellation process.
We have also updated our current process to include information on how to view and access all previously cancelled orders for a location. See the Mobility Advisor – Cancellation of Orders Process for all process details.
