Expanding the Use of Ushur Tool to Verify Pre-Purchase Details
In the coming weeks, a pilot program will be launched using Ushur to contact clients to verify three key items prior to purchasing their equipment. Ushur AI will be used to send text messages to our clients after submission and before PPQA, confirming their insurance, address, and place of residence hasn’t, or will not change, to limit equipment that has been purchased that cannot be delivered due to one of these reasons.
Via Ushur and/or a traditional call to the client, we will ensure the client has been contacted to discuss and collect client responsibility as well as validate these key points of information prior to purchase. If the client does not respond, the equipment will not be purchased, and we will follow our current escalation process to secure a response or move forward with our order cancellation process should the client become unresponsive. We are looking forward to the results of the pilot which update the Pre-Purchase Quality Assurance (PPQA) procedure and introduce the use of Ushur to help us make meaningful changes to reduce our unused inventory.
