Divisional Trainings have resumed covering our in branch scheduling prompt and the Funding document validation enhancements. Hosted by our team of leads, we had 40-70 people attend each of these calls in both January and February.  These calls are bi-weekly on Tuesdays for the North and Thursdays for the South and West.

Pulse Training will resume the 3^rd Thursday in February. Our meeting of 2024 will review the metrics sheet that is sent out monthly and allow for questions.

New Hire Onboarding ran once in January onboarding 7 new CSS team members. In February we will host two new hire rounds on the 1^st and 3^rd weeks of the month. We are looking forward to onboarding ~20 new CSS team members in the month of February!
