For the last 4 months we have been working to help a client in a difficult situation. She finally picked up the chair yesterday and was extremely happy with it. I just wanted to say that I could NOT have done this without Stacy Mercer. She isn’t even our assigned Funding Specialist, but took ownership of the order and went above and beyond with multiple phone calls and emails with the client and her payer, and really had my back throughout this whole process and it was amazing. She definitely deserves praise for her hard work and one can wish all my order’s get so much attention and support on the ATP end and Client end as well! - Peter Vinnitsky
