I just wanted to send you an e mail and let you know how helpful Erika Peterson is. I'm very thankful for how willing to help Erika is towards me as I am a newer employee learning M.A. Thank you !!!!! - Chase Viars
I would like to bring to your attention about an employee of yours. Her name is Holly Feliton. If I was you I would do everything possible to make her happy and commend her on her great work ethic. She knows her job and does it above and beyond. Something that I haven't seen in a long time. I wish I had someone like her when I was running my job back in the day. - Thank You, Eric Banks
I want to give a big Kudos shout out to Jamie Lacourse and Dorothy DiBuduo, who went out of their way to get an old MIR resolved for a $13,803.19 power chair. Equipment was delivered in February 2023 and on/off MIR since February 2024. The payer required the family to complete a form stating they received the equipment and answer a few questions. Billing was contacting the family and trying to get this completed for a year, then finally placed the MIR. I tried for a few months. Then Dorothy and Jamie jumped in to help – Jamie went to the client’s house and was able to get the form completed!! I appreciate their help so much – so does billing! - Julie Tiraboschi
Donna Eoriatti and Anne Couture, thank you for your support and leadership while I was out of the office. Returning from work after being away from the office for 12 weeks was a bit challenging as I adjusted to a new routine but having the both of you made it so much easier. I’m forever grateful for you ladies. – Chantel Bilyeu

She expressed her gratitude to all the people involved in the order process. She couldn’t be happier with her “Christmas present” of mobility and independence!! Great job Sam! – Dawn Royce
Beth Crowe – Kudos to Beth! She is new to the team but has integrated quickly with ease and confidence. She is eager and motivated to learn our payers and branch caveats. Beth comes with a wealth of knowledge. Her contributions to the team are invaluable, as she consistently delivers high-quality work, provides insightful analysis, and fosters a positive collaborative environment with her strong communication skills and willingness to support colleagues. Takina Grant and Wendy Chavez:
I just wanted to take a minute to recognize the amazing teamwork that all of our branch funding specialists demonstrate. It has been so fun watching this team grow and develop into such a well-oiled machine. It is really cool to see how well they/we/all are doing with submissions, approvals, and constant communication. I love this team and thank leadership for such amazing training and support! 😊
Takina had a serious last second approval that she was able to submit on Tuesday and followed up on every single day until the approval came in at 3:30pm on Friday, which happened to be the last day of the kiddos Medicaid eligibility. Diana had kindly approved the CE a couple weeks ago so the equipment was in and mom was already on stand-by in case the long-shot authorization came in. Mom and child rolled in around 4:30 to pick-up the new gait trainer. They were both thrilled beyond measure and were so appreciative of “everything we did to make this happen”. Fingers crossed mom follows through with the Google review.
Wendy is simply amazing as always so I will pick ONE from this last week. Robert had a stagnant Grp. 3 that he was ready to cancel and Wendy’s tenacity drove her to push back. Not only did she “find” the client, she was able to quickly obtain an authorization and push the order to purchasing and we are now scheduled to deliver it on February 13.
Amy McEwen – General Manager for Lone Star

Huge Shout out to Kaci Feret who is always willing to jump in and help. Sure appreciate you! -Diana Bird
