Liz always takes the initiative to figure out what the area needs are by reviewing UPDs, payer policies, partnering with other teams to gather information and then delivered on the task as well. For example, despite the overwhelming amount of work that everyone has Liz consistently finds ways to help support others backlog and actively participates in meetings; her participation enables her to understand the departments’ implicit needs and initiate ideas such to support our efforts.
