Making the Most of the New Year

With the new year comes new opportunities!  This year more so than any other in our professional world we have an abundance of opportunity to create a new roadmap and further develop our toolboxes. As we continue to build and shape the future of Funding here at NSM we have the chance to make significant progress on optimizing efficiency. These improvements are designed to make a day in the life of a Funding teammate smoother, therefore allowing us to achieve the desired results for our clients. This only happens through good conversation in which we can share diverse thoughts and ideas that allow us to work toward solutions we haven’t gotten to fully explore previously. One great example is our need to increase quality of client demographics; something that has been a challenge for some time. We now have this as a priority improvement that is in development thanks to your feedback and dedication as well as great partnership with our senior leaders and operational teammates. Let’s kick this year off right and not delay sharing of your thoughts and proposed solutions to perceived barriers (big or small). Let 2024 be the year of positive progress through teamwork and action! Don’t just feel free to, but feel empowered, to share your unique ideas and perspectives with Funding Leads, Supervisors, Managers and DFDs. Onward and upward team, the sky is the limit!
