As we approach the end of the year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for each of you. Your hard work, dedication, and passion have made this year a successful and rewarding one. Together we have slashed Chair FCT by 7 Days and Repairs by 3 days, improved DOO by 5 Days and secured approvals for over 114,000 clients and counting. We have overcome challenges, celebrated wins, and continued to provide exceptional care and service to our clients.
