Introducing our New Doc Validation Tool


Our Funding team plays a vital role in our doc validation process by ensuring the documentation is accurate prior to the order moving forward to submission. The new doc validation tool helps streamline our documentation process, allows prioritization of orders that require doc validation, and helps minimize deferrals and denials by removing the risk of submitting documents to a payer that have not yet been reviewed. This also allows us to validate documents timelier and as they are received vs. waiting until the point of submission.  This is an enhancement meant to save time and to prevent unexpected deferrals. This removes current workarounds where we are emailing notices that documents have been scanned or naming documents incorrectly to manually prevent the order from advancing and allows us to leverage technology to streamline the process. We are looking forward to hearing feedback on this enhancement as we move forward!
