With the recent release of the newly defined deferral categories and payer tracking updates, our development partners can begin working on funding’s next priorities. The following enhancements have moved to the active list for development:

CE Requests to Purchase Immediately – Did you know that we can now request these types of CE’s through the Request Help Feature in MA?  Check out the recent NSM News announcement regarding this change or check out the updated job aid here.
 
MIR Queue Enhancements – Adding filtering, sorting and more to add improved organization and prioritization to the MIR Queue.

MIR Category/Definition Update -  Clearly defined MIR categories and definitions are being created to better reflect MIR reasons and improve our ability to track and trend MIRs.

Fee Schedule Automation - Automate Fee schedule updates to workorders when a new fee schedule is updated.

Client Responsibility Collection Improvement - Create process and system improvement for client responsibility communication and collection which includes summary screen update and automation.

Crossover/Supplement Payer Improvement - Improved process that will introduce automation of the payer submission/authorization dates to mirror primary when we’ve identified a payer is a true crossover or supplemental payer.
