I wanted to reach out and take a minute to let you know how amazing Rebecca Hager is doing to support Kristin Taranto in the Division. She is a great example of making the transition to the Division from Training as seamless as possible. She is consistent, supportive, and partnering with not only Kristin but the QA Team and myself to make sure that Kristin is successful. Shout out to Hayle Morgan in branch 274! On a team member’s last day, Hayle took the time to put together a card, flowers and candy to send her off. Hayle included funding in the card messages. I don't know if we have spoken before, but if we have, then you know what a difficult time I had getting my power wheelchair paperwork rolling. Then, there were some issues with the occupational therapist, who did not get the paperwork you needed, and the whole process was a nightmare.  That is, until Amy Andersen stepped in. I have no idea who put her in contact with me, but I am grateful beyond measure because my chair comes tomorrow morning. What had been in processing for 5 months was accomplished by Amy in about 3 weeks. Not only was she efficient, but she was also friendly, empathetic, and an excellent communicator.  My biggest problem was that no one was telling me what the delays were about. Amy was in frequent contact with me so I could take on any chaos that I could help with. As a retired nurse (2 specialties, ER, and hospital floor nurse), I know patients want to be kept up to date. They (now we) want to know what's going on in their care. Amy was a rock star at all of this.   I took plenty of time to yell and scream at ANYONE and everyone who stood between me and safety and independence. It is only fair that I let you know what a wonderful employee you have in Amy.  She is the reason my Google review will now be a 5 stars instead of what I intended when this started. She completely changed my mind about your company and your service.  Thank you, Mr. Harkness, and thank you, Amy.   – NSM Client
