I want to give a shout out to Matt Combs!  He spent the extra time this morning to take care of one of our clients.  We were having an issue with Humana, they were refusing to convert the Adapt approval to NSM.  Matt really went the extra mile today, called all over Humana until he finally got the one person who wanted to help and get the client taken care of.   Ms. Moneymaker’s chair is here and because of Matt’s extra effort today she will be overjoyed to receive her new power wheelchair.
