I wanted to give a million Kudos to Kasia Cichonczyk. She has been invaluable to me regarding all things VNS. Her knowledge of the payer is vast, and her ability to get EVERYTHING covered and paid for is amazing. I’ve called VNS provider services and been told something cannot be changed. I reach out to Kasia and within an hour – usually less – I have everything needed to close the MIR. She has been such a huge help in closing the VNS MIR’s. It has been amazing working with Summer Bryceland she connects on a level that makes me know that she understands how crazy it is to manage all of this as a therapist with a full case load.
