Our development team continues to focus and actively work on the updated client intake enhancement as a priority. We are targeting a May release! We’ve also started submitting additional enhancement requests for the development team to review, prioritize, and provide estimate timeframes for completion.  Below are some of the enhancement requests that we will be working on next:

Fee Schedule Automation-Automate Fee schedule updates to workorders when a new fee schedule is updated.

Deferral Categories, Reasons and Definitions - More defined deferral categories with clear definitions.

Client Responsibility Collection Improvement -Create process and system improvement for client responsibility communication and collection which includes summary screen update and automation.

MIR Queue Enhancements – Adding filtering, sorting and more to allow the MIR Funding Specialist the ability to work orders more efficiently.

Crossover/Supplement Payer Improvement - Improved process that will introduce automation of the payer submission/authorization dates to mirror primary when we’ve identified a payer is a true crossover or supplemental payer.
