Technology & Development

Throughout 2024, our development team will be working on several system enhancements for the funding team.  Here is a sneak peak at some of the items we’re working on for the future: 

• A document validation tool to help ensure the documents are valid before the order moves to the ready to submit stage.

• Improvements for handling crossover and supplemental payers to reduce rework and manual data entry for the payer’s submission and approval date fields when submissions or approvals aren’t available.

• Improving our intake process to ensure critical client information necessary to effectively secure approval is secured as quickly as possible during client intake.
