This year’s Open Enrollment includes new carriers, opportunities for guaranteed issue, and much more. It’s important to familiarize yourself with the many benefits NSM offers and to confirm your beneficiaries. This is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll and make changes. Mid-year changes are permitted, but only in the event of a qualifying life change (marriage, divorce, birth of a child, etc.)

This year is an Active Enrollment. All full-time employees are required to complete the process, even if there are no changes from 2023. All coverages not re-elected will be dropped effective January 1, 2024.

How to Enroll – New Process with Explain My Benefits:
Open Enrollment will take place October 25^th through November 10^th.

• Mobile App
  • Download our new benefits app and self-enroll from your mobile device! Scan the QR Code below to download with iOS or Android devices. Enter the company code: nsm (lower case).
• Benefits Counselor Phone Enrollment
  • For employees who prefer a facilitated enrollment session, schedule a meeting to speak with an EMB Enrollment Counselor. You will receive a phone call from EMB with a (321) area code on your selected date/time to the phone number you provide. CLICK HERE TO SCHEDULE
