Last week NSM's Compliance Team provided a printable branch closure sign for your branch leaders to print and hang on the front door of your branch. This will ensure our customers are informed of the upcoming NSM holiday closures and to comply with CMS requirements that we clearly post our operating hours. 

As a reminder, all NSM locations across the United States will be closed on the following days: 

Thanksgiving Day: November 23
The day after Thanksgiving Day: November 24
Christmas Day: Monday, December 25
New Year's Day: Monday, January 1
