We are excited to announce that Bruce Nicoara has accepted the New England Regional Area Director (RAD) position. Bruce brings over 16 years of experience in operations and management within the CRT, PT, sports training and medical industries and is a high-energy and results-oriented leader. Bruce’s achievements in his previous role as the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) RAD at NSM are many including the development of “The Role of an NSM Branch Leader” for newly hired leaders during NSM University manager training, 20% YoY revenue growth in his first year at NSM and an average of 9.5% growth each year since. Bruce is sure to produce noteworthy results in NSM’s New England region. 

With Bruce moving to the New England region, we are pleased to announce that NSM Customer Service Manager, Tommy Byler, has accepted the ACC RAD position. Tommy has served as a CSS, Lead CSS, and Manager of Customer Service in the South and West regions at NSM. He also developed the national CSS Pulse Trainings and Lead CSS program and led NSM’s Client Care Team for two years transitioning their inbound system to a more modernized platform to improve tracking and client care. Tommy’s extensive knowledge of customer service is sure to translate to success in the ACC region.
