We are overwhelmed by your generosity of you! As an organization, over 1,000 PTO hours have been donated to our Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton impacted teammates, supporting over 20 NSM employees during an extremely difficult time. 

Recently Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton devastated communities in Florida, the Carolinas, Georgia and Tennessee. Many of our teammates face a long road of recovery in the coming months. Some of our colleagues' homes in these areas have been significantly damaged and are still without electricity for the foreseeable future.

Your generous PTO donations have given those impacted some peace of mind as they regroup and rebuild. One impacted employee shared the following:

Today I found out that through the donations of PTO from NSM team members, I will have a full paycheck. The relief I felt in having enough money to replenish what was lost brought me to tears.

Thank you for the PTO donations, the prayers and the kindness... For the co-workers who donated. For those that simply cared and prayed... Sometimes it takes a tragedy to open your eyes. I am grateful, thankful and blessed beyond measure. There are angels watching over my husband and me.

We work for a great company, numbers are important but family and lives take priority. My supervisor reminded me of this every single time we talked.
