We are overwhelmed by the generosity of you, our NSM employees! In less than 3 days, over 700 PTO hours have been donated to our Hurricane Helene impacted teammates. 

As you know, Hurricane Helene made landfall late last month and devastated communities in Florida, the Carolinas, Georgia and Tennessee. Many of our teammates face a long road of recovery in the coming months. Some of our colleagues' homes in these areas have been significantly damaged and have been left without electricity for the foreseeable future.

We have such a caring and compassionate team at NSM, as many of you have reached out to leaders and human resources, inquiring how you can help these teammates. There is still time to donate to the PTO Bank or to a specific teammate in need - here's how:

Donate Paid Time Off (PTO) to NSM's PTO Donation Bank or a Specific NSM Teammate in Need

To assist our teammates impacted by Hurricane Helene, please consider donating some of your paid time off to the NSM PTO Donation Bank, or to a specific NSM teammate in need. The PTO Donation bank was designed for situations like this when an employee has a family medical emergency or has been affected by a major disaster.

Please note that the maximum number of PTO hours of an eligible employee may donate is no more than 50% of the employee's current balance.
