September Priorities

NSM Revenue Cycle Team Continues to Make Strides in Evolving Partnership with AGS
NSM's Revenue Cycle Team continues to make great strides in reducing AGS' scope for New Equipment as we return some of the work assigned to AGS to NSM Funding teammates. 

NSM In-Branch Service Model Saves 1,000 Trips in 30 Days
The NSM In-Branch Service Model grew 5%  to baseline over the past 30 days, saving NSM's service team members 1000 trips.

Keeping the client at the center of what we do each and every day is integral to our client care management focus being successful.

As we round out Q3 and enter into what will be a very busy and productive Q4, please remember that we must be cognizant of financial stewardship with client product selection.
 

Field Support Initiatives 

NSM Customer Service Team Laser Focused on Training for Remainder of 2023
NSM’s Customer Service Team continues to be laser focused on CS training initiatives to help drive employee retention and readiness for client interactions and overall client satisfactions. 

Help Ensure 100% Completion Rate of NSM Technician 10-Hour Training Log & Competency Assessments
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) require Technicians to complete at least 10-hours of continuing education specific to rehabilitative technology annually and the September 29 date is quickly approaching. So far only 23% of NSM technicians have completed the 10-hour log. Additionally, NSM requires all technicians (new and existing) to complete an annual competency assessment. So far only 47% of technicians have completed an assessment.

NSM ATP Development Team Advances ATP Growth with New Development Program & Pulse Trainings
NSM’s ATP Development Team has been hard at work with the fine-tuning of initiatives to support the growth of NSM ATPs.
