New Document Validation Process Enhancement Helps Eliminate Deferrals for Invalid Payer Documents
A new document validation process has been implemented in Mobility Advisor for pertinent medical documentation to be reviewed by a Funding Specialist for accuracy before the work order can move forward into the next stage.
IT Initiatives Launching Soon
In the coming weeks there will be an NSM enterprise password reset, an IT service desk ticket enhancement and a relaunch of the Last Pass Secure password vault.

While we all work hard to prevent workplace injuries from occurring in the first place, it’s important when an accident happens that employees report the injury and seek treatment ASAP.
