NSM Annual Awards Recognition Program Updates
As the company has grown and evolved, our annual awards recognition program for our employees and branch teams have not. It’s important that we regularly review our awards recognition program and appropriately adjust it to properly validate and reward those that are going above and beyond to support our clients and our business.

Google Review Submissions DOUBLE in 3 Weeks: Help Keep the Momentum Going
So far with your support of the ‘Just Ask’ Program that we relaunched last month, the number of NSM’s Google Reviews has doubled in just three weeks! Additionally, we want to congratulate both the North and South Divisions for reaching a 4.0 average Google Review rating for the month of June! Thank you for your support of this important initiative - keep up the great work!
NSM Annual Conflict of Interest Attestations Must be Completed by July 31
A Conflict of Interest is defined as any situation in which a representative of NSM has an actual interest that may influence the objective performance of their obligations to NSM, preventing them from rendering an unbiased and fair service to NSM, or acting in the best interests of NSM. While all NSM employees are expected to report any potential conflicts of interest, all NSM ATPs and Leaders are required to submit an annual COI form by July 31.
NSM Emergency Operations Plans Requirement Reminder
NSM requires every location to create and update an Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) every year. The due date for this year’s plans was 06/14/2024. As of July 9, there are 117 complete plans, 13 partial submissions and 27 branches that have not submitted a plan. In addition to helping us keep our clients and employees safe, the Emergency Operations Plan is a requirement of The Joint Commission.

This month's supplier partner product update includes details on NSM’s Cubby Beds' process optimization with a complete list of no-go payers and job aid and Pride’s replacement for the discontinued Go Go Elite Traveler.
'Action Required' Tab in Branch Operations Dashboard Updated for Visibility
NSM's Purchasing Team has been collaborating with NSM’s PMO Team to add visibility to the “Action Required” tab in the Power BI Branch Operations Dashboard. Historically the tab is used for digging into the open AR’s on the quote side of the business and we have not had visibility to POs in the system that require attention on the Purchasing side of the business.
'Credit Exception for Immediate Purchase' Mobility Advisor Enhancement
An enhancement has been made to aid in the streamlining, tracking and execution of the Credit Exception for Immediate Purchase action in Mobility Advisor.
