Company Priorities
New Email Retention Policy Going Into Effect this Sunday, June 9
In 2024, we are approaching our priorities in a focused manner designed to improve the client experience and create operational efficiencies, while continuing to grow. These priorities are built on our Mission, Vision and HEARTS foundation and doing business in a compliant and safe manner. With this in mind, the NSM Email Retention Policy will be going into effect this Sunday, June 9. The policy effects ALL employees with an nsm-seating.com email address.
Performance Development Discussions: Leaders - Don't Forget to Complete Team Rating & Comments by Friday, June 14
All self-reflections have been completed by your employees, or the incomplete documents have been administratively pushed to your queue. You should have access to all discussion documents at this time. You have approximately 1 week to finish entering your rating and comments for your team. Please complete the employee ratings and comments in UKG by Friday, June 14.
Preparation for The Joint Commission Re-Accreditation Beginning Soon
The Joint Commission re-accreditation survey visits could begin any time at NSM branch locations. To ensure all branch locations are prepared, NSM's Compliance Team will be sharing a lot of information on how to prepare for the visits in the coming weeks. Please be sure to review all information carefully and contact the NSM Compliance Team with any questions or concerns.

NSM Inventory Count Begins Next Week
Quarterly counts have been moved up 1 month to align with quarter end reporting and Q2 counts are scheduled for the week of June 10. Quarterly counts include all branches to count configured, planned inventory, virtual warehouse inventory, and auditing loaner/rental equipment that is a capital asset.
'Business Email Compromise' Cyber Security Training Assigned to All NSM Employees via NSM U
In an effort to increase security awareness across the organization, the IT Security Team has assigned “Business Email Compromise” through NSM University to all NSM employees. In this course, users will learn how to recognize BEC scams and learn basic best practices to protect against them.
RTS Certification Portal Updated to Make Renewal Process Fast & Easy
The RTS Certification Portal has been updated with enhancements that make the new application or renewal process easier and more efficient for ATPs to apply for and renew their ATP accreditation.
