New Email Retention Policy Going Into Effect in June
Please be on the lookout for email correspondence this week regarding execution and enforcement of a new NSM email retention policy. This initial article will be the first of many communications that will go out over the next month to prepare our employees prior to the policy going into effect in early June.
2024 Performance Development Discussion Process Begins Monday, May 13
The 2024 Performance Development Discussion process will begin on Monday, May 13. An email notification will be sent to all eligible team members the morning of Monday, May 13. As a leader, this is a great opportunity to check in with your direct reports, listen, and learn how you can better support them.
Warehouse Optimization Pilot in the Beginning Phase
As the field is keenly aware, inventory is a key business priority this year. Collectively we are committed to the overall improvement of the inventory process and our results. To that end, we are at the beginning stages of a warehouse optimization pilot with our CAT 4&5 locations as well as a select group of focus branches centered around the layout and function of the warehouse.

A big part of our focus in 2024 is to improve the client experience and we have learned through client research and interacting with our clients that the two most important areas of focus for them when working with NSM is improved communications and more timely service.
RTS Certification Portal Updated to Make Renewal Process Fast & Easy
The RTS Certification Portal has been updated with enhancements that make the new application or renewal process easier and more efficient for ATPs to apply for and renew their ATP accreditation.
ADL Suspension of Services for all Anthem BCBS, Wellpoint Amerigroup & Other Affiliate Plans Lifted
Effective immediately the ADL suspension of services for all Anthem BCBS, Wellpoint, Amerigroup and other affiliate plans has been lifted!
Varilite Update On Backorders & Impact To Operations
Today we have 91 open purchase orders with $301K in revenue impact; half of these orders are greater than 90 days old. We have turned Varilite off for all new quotes other than repairs because they have been unresponsive to requests to meet.
Cubby Beds Yielding Significant Revenue Growth & With That Growing Pains
Cubby Beds became our top bed manufacturer partner in 2023, in terms of revenue and unit volume. We will beat 2023 numbers for Cubby deliveries by the end of Q2.
