NEW! Automated Client Registration Tool: Launched Across All U.S. Locations TODAY!
In July, we partnered with a company called Ushur, which specializes in customer experience automation. We launched our first pilot program, utilizing their technology to send text messages to clients, requesting that they complete registration via a link to a HIPAA-secure site. During the registration process, our clients can review, input, and edit all data fields. Over the past three months, we have gathered feedback and insights from both branch teams and clients regarding their experiences with the tool. The feedback has been positive, and as a result, this tool has been rolled out to all U.S. NSM branch locations today!
