Fostering Collaboration Within Your Team

A great way to encourage collaboration is to practice with your team! This month, facilitate a conversation with your branch to identify a goal the team wants to achieve together or an opporutnity for a process to be improved.

Create the action plan to support accomplishing this goal so everyone is held accountable and is clear on the path forward. The action plan should identify the tasks, stakeholders, timing and responsible party for accomplishing the goal.

Post your action plan in a common area and revisit it with your team in your weekly team meetings. It's a great way to keep collaboration flowing and hold everyone accountable to achieving the goal together.
