August 15 Town Hall Recap: Transaction Cycle Time Nearing Pre-Pandemic Levels, New Orders Coming In Strong, Employee Survey Results, Exciting Pilots Showing Favorable Results & More!
On August 15, NSM CEO, Crispin Teufel, hosted a series of employee virtual town hall sessions to share some of the positives that we are seeing with client care, including transaction cycle time nearing pre-pandemic levels, new orders coming in strong, customer satisfaction improving and Google review ratings increasing. Additionally, NSM is growing again with us welcoming HME Specialists in New Mexico in June and earlier this month announcing that we are acquiring AdaptHealth's CRT Division with an anticipated closing later this month.
NSM Leaders also shared an update on the state of the company, results of the employee culture survey with next steps, exciting pilots that are in the works and more!

April 11 Town Hall Recap: Cultivating Our Deep Roots While Reaching New Heights in 2024
On April 11, NSM CEO, Crispin Teufel, hosted a series of employee virtual town hall sessions to share more of what he has observed during his time at NSM thus far, and align on how we, as an organization, will cultivate our deep roots while reaching new heights in 2024.
In 2024, we are approaching our priorities in a focused manner designed to improve the client experience and create operational efficiencies, while continuing to grow. These priorities are built on our Mission, Vision and HEARTS foundation and doing business in a compliant and safe manner.

January 16, 2024 Virtual All Employee Town Hall Recap
On January 16, Crispin Teufel, NSM CEO, hosted a series of employee virtual town hall sessions to share more about his first couple of months with the company, an update on the state of the company and additional topics that are most important to our employees. Since Crispin joined NSM in late November, he has visited several branch locations to get a jump start on better understanding how we serve our clients and operate our business. His stops included Chattanooga, TN, Springfield, VA, Tampa, FL, Martinez, CA, Fairfield, CA, and Sacramento, CA. Crispin’s main focus has been to listen and learn from our executive team, employees, referral partners, clients, vendor partners, and payers.During Crispin’s travels he has been impressed with our people and their passion for serving others, but also see where we can continue to improve our processes and client care. He encourages our employees to provide feedback as our employees are closest to the client and their expectations, and they know the best ways we can support progress at NSM.
Crispin and Chuck Bodner, NSM CFO, spent some time during the town hall looking back at our performance in 2023. We overcame a lot of adversity in 2023 and everyone at NSM should be very proud of what we accomplished last year! We were able to deliver more than 237,000 orders to help people continue to move through life. Our business fundamentals are solid, and the supply chain has finally normalized to pre-pandemic levels. While we are making progress in our Revenue Cycle processes, we know there is more work to do, and we are focused on making it better than it has ever been before at NSM. We have a great opportunity to work together to build on our momentum in 2024 if we keep the client in the center of everything we do at NSM!
In February, we have a virtual leadership meeting with our top 50 leaders and our annual NSM Symposium. Symposium is where Crispin will be sharing the 2024 strategic priorities for NSM. We will then set up another series of town hall sessions in early March to share those priorities with all employees to ensure alignment in achieving our goals this year.
