I am excited to share that last Tuesday, August 6, National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has signed an agreement to acquire AdaptHealth’s CRT business. The acquisition is expected to close within the next 2 to 4 weeks. Until the closing is complete, we will continue to actively compete with AdaptHealth’s CRT business.

NSM ATP Product Steering Committee Travels to Nashville
Last week, the NSM ATP Product Steering Committee traveled to NSM Headquarters in Nashville, TN to meet and discuss a variety of focus topics and tour the Sunrise Medical and Permobil factories along with participating in new product and product development breakout sessions for our manufacturer partners to collect valuable feedback.
