Company Updates
The Joint Commission NSM Re-Accreditation Branch Visits are Underway
The Joint Commission NSM re-accreditation branch visits are underway. Surveyors arrived on Monday, February 17 and will be visiting branches through Tuesday, February 25. So far, they’ve been in Texas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Florida. We expect them to be in California next week but they’re not allowed to give advance notice so stay tuned.
2025 Mandatory Compliance Training Due March 3
To give employees the information and tools they need to provide safe, quality, and compliant care to our clients, ALL US employees have been assigned the 2025 Mandatory Compliance Training Courses via NSM University. All 2025 Compliance Training Courses must be completed by March 3. If an employee fails to complete the training by the deadline, they will become ineligible to perform work until ALL training is completed.

During Symposium the Supply Chain team introduced a new tool in ChairBuilder that integrates with Quantum PQ-365.
