What is a Google Review? 

Google Reviews are online reviews that customers leave about their experiences with a business. They can appear in several places across Google, including: Google Search results, Google Maps, Google Local Pack, and Google My Business Profile.

A Google Star Rating is a rating system used by Google to show how well a business performs based on customer reviews. The rating system ranges from 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the highest rating a business can receive. The rating is calculated based on the average of a business's reviews. 


What is a Google Business Profile?

A Google Business Page is a free business listing on the Google Chrome web browser that shows your business information, including the business location, phone number, website, Google Review rating, your hours of operation and more. 
 

How do I find my branch's Google Business Page? 

  • Launch Google Chrome web browser
  • Type in www.Google.com into the search bar
  • Next type in "National Seating & Mobility and your branch city and state" into the search bar and hit "Enter" on your keyboard
  • Your branch's Google Business Page will appear on the right hand side of the search
  • You will see a number between 1 and 5 with stars colored in that coincide with the score. That is your branch's current Google Review rating. You can also see the total number of reviews that your branch location has. To view the reviews, click on the "XX Google reviews" hyperlink. 

How does a person leave a Google Review?

A person can leave a Google Review by finding the company's Google Business page listing and clicking on "Write a review" and following the review writing prompts.
