During NSM’s 2025 Open Enrollment we announced an employer match increase to our 401(k) program starting on January 1, 2025.In case you missed this enhancement to our benefits, below is a high-level overview, as well as the required discretionary matching contribution notice information for your reference.

• Effective January 1, 2025, NSM will increase the employer match from $.25 to $.35 for every $1.00 contributed up to 6% of eligible earnings.
• This represents a 40% increase to the company match!
• Remember that your 401k contribution rate can be changed at any time. Information on how to adjust your contribution rate can be found on our 401k page on WNSM.
• This is also a good time to review your beneficiary designation. Information on how to update your beneficiary can be found on the NSM 401k page.

Discretionary Matching Contribution Notice

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. 401(K) Plan (“the Plan”)
NSM has elected to make discretionary matching contributions to eligible Plan participants and is providing this notice in accordance with the plan document. This notice describes the discretionary matching contribution and who is eligible to receive this contribution. Certain other terms not defined within this notice may be defined or described in the Plan’s Summary Plan Description (SPD).

Eligibility
NSM will make a discretionary matching contribution to: all eligible Participants

To be eligible, you must meet the Plan’s age, eligibility service, and entry date requirements for making deferral contributions. If eligible, you will be entitled to receive the discretionary matching contribution if you make deferral contributions to the Plan during the Plan year.

Effective January 1, 2025, deferral contributions will be matched at $0.35 per $1.00, up to 6% of participant’s eligible compensation for the Plan year.
