Digital Manager Training Assigned to All NSM Leaders via NSM University
A Digital Manager training has been assigned to all NSM Leaders via NSM University to validate that all field level team members have completed their job specific initial training and onboarding. The purpose of the training is to ensure accountability at the local level for initial training and onboarding for CSS, Tech and RTS/ATP. Below is an outline of the course. 
  • Hiring manager Onboarding guide has live link to respective field level specific onboarding guide.
  • Onboarding guides are the first course CSS, Techs will be assigned on NSM U.
  • Course confirmation will be at the end of each new hire’s curriculum and will be triggered once all onboarding courses are completed. 
  • New Hire opens training course and clicks “Start Learning.”
  • Manager will receive an alert stating training being available.  Manager confirms the completion of all their onboarding and mentorship requirements.
