Course Description: This 1 contact hour CEU course addresses common denial trends ATPs/RTSs encounter and explores best practices to leverage in order to streamline the transaction cycle. Learners will leave this presentation equipped with the knowledge needed to reduce the occurrence of the most common missing elements that contribute to denials. Learners will be provided best practices to ensure they’re supporting their therapist and educating them on NSM’s policies.

- Demonstrate an understanding of current equipment denial trends by listing 4 key aspects that have changed in the past 5+ years.
- List three elements that are most often missing from the LMN that contribute to equipment denials
- Identify three things you can do to support the therapist during the evaluation, so the LMN they write is connected to policy and client specific.
