Effective January 2025: Clarification on the Cancellation of Orders Process for Self Pay Clients
We have recently identified that 51% of our current open Self Pay/Access Self Pay orders are aged over 60 days with 21% of those orders over 90 days without a clear confirmed path for funding. We are establishing a cancellation timeline for these orders in scenarios where we are unable to confirm funding in a reasonable timeframe as an investment in operational discipline.
Permobil’s Smart Drive SpeedControl Dial Experiencing Intermittent Quality Issues Resulting In Paused Shipments
Effective November 21, 2024, Permobil has temporarily paused all shipments of the SpeedControl Dial (SCD), a wired control option utilized with the SmartDrive power assist device. This decision was made due to intermittent performance issues identified with the SpeedControl Dial.
Pride Discontinues The Go Go Elite Traveler 4 Wheel Scooter SC44E
NSM has been in consistent communication with Pride on inventory reserve for the Go Go Elite Traveler 4 wheel wind down as they are no longer manufacturing this model.
