NSM Welcomes New Team Members Through AdaptHealth Integration
On August 26, NSM reached a significant milestone with the acquisition of AdaptHealth’s CRT business. More than 88 new team members consisting of technicians, customer service specialists, funding specialists, ATPs, and branch leaders integrated into six NSM locations (Owings Mills, Jacksonville, Louisville, Greensboro, Dallas, and Buffalo) while also adding three new locations in St. Paul, MN, Grand Rapids, MI, and Havre De Grace, MD.

We are off to a great start for September with 85 total Google Reviews in the first two weeks. As a company, we've reached our overall average goal of a 4.0 Google Review rating. However, there is still work to do!

As a reminder, the RTS Certification Portal was updated earlier this year with enhancements to make the new application or renewal process easier and more efficient.
