What You Need to Know Now About the Company-Wide Password Reset Scheduled for April 26
On Saturday, April 26, there will be a company wide password reset for all NSM network credentials, which are tied to your laptop/desktop, email, SAML single sign on and Multi-factor authentication (MFA). We highly recommend you begin thinking about you next complex unique STRONG PASSWORD.
Also, please do not reset your password ahead of the. scheduled date, as you will be asked to do it again on 4/26/2025.

One of those inspections is the Semi-Annual Compliance and Safety Self-Survey. It’s now time for the first Semi-Annual Compliance and Safety Self-Survey for 2025, which will be completed online.

We are closing out the first quarter of 2025 strong with an overall 4.3 average Google Review star-rating for the company and 516 total Google Reviews total Google Reviews! This is in comparison to 277 total reviews and a 3.7 star-rating at the close of the first quarter in 2024.

CMS Introduces 5 New HCPCs Effective April 1, 2025
CMS has introduced 5 NEW HCPCs effective April 1, 2025. Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans will adopt the new HCPCs as of April 1, while commercial and Medicaid plans will be slower to adopt.
NSM Centralized Client Services Team Triages 2,044 Calls in One Day
Earlier this week, NSM's Centralized Client Services Team, which is made up of the Centralized Customer Service (CCS) & Remote Service Support (RSS) teams, triaged 2,044 calls in one day! They did so with an average time to answer of 44 seconds, with only a 4.8% abandoned call rate. A huge shoutout to the CCS and RSS teams for their dedication and hard work managing higher volumes of calls coming in from Phase 3.
