Navigating Political Views in the Workplace: Preparation Tips for the Upcoming Election
With the presidential election only three months away, we are seeing an uptick in employee complaints at the branch level about differing political views. In today's diverse and interconnected workplaces, navigating political views is crucial for maintaining harmony and productivity. With politics often touching upon deeply held beliefs and values, differences in opinion can potentially lead to conflict and division if not managed effectively. As leaders at NSM, it is imperative that we continue to promote inclusivity and remind our teams that NSM is a neutral zone where we respect each other’s political perspectives and put our differences aside to focus on our collective mission of serving our clients.

NSM Google Reviews Triple Since Program Launch: Let's Continue to Just Ask for More 5-Star Reviews
Since we relaunched the ‘Just Ask’ Google Review Program a month ago, the number of Google Reviews has tripled across the company.  In fact in July alone we saw more reviews in just one month than May and June combined!

Cubby Bed Screening Process Update Now & Coming Soon
We are now 3 weeks into our new screening process for Cubby Beds Utilizing the No-Go Payer list. We continue to make edits to the No-Go Payer list as we listen to the field teams and continue to get new claims data. Please ensure your teams are going to the Cubby Resource page to ensure we have the most accurate version of the No-Go Payers for Cubby Beds.

Digital Manager Training Assigned to All NSM Leaders via NSM University
A Digital Manager training has been assigned to all NSM Leaders via NSM University to validate that all field level associates have completed their job specific initial training and onboarding. 

Client Preferred Name & Pronoun Mobility Advisor Enhancement
As an employer striving to create an inclusive and compliant workplace, we recognize that using a client’s requested pronoun and preferred name not only conveys respect, but is basic courtesy. As a result of this, an enhancement to Mobility has been made where we can properly record the clients “Preferred Name” & “Pronoun” if the client desires.
