Attention All US Leaders: Important Benefits & Tax Reminders
Last week marked the first regular payroll of 2025. It’s good practice to check pay statements every time we’re paid, but it’s especially important at the beginning of the year. Please remind your teams to take a few minutes and review their new 2025 benefit deductions, the increased 401k match, and their tax withholding.

2025 Mandatory Compliance Training Launched Today, January 13 (US Employees Only)
This morning all US employees were assigned the 2025 mandatory compliance. Completions will be checked weekly and follow up will occur accordingly. Local managers are responsible for ensuring their teams complete these assignments prior to the March 3 deadline. If an employee fails to complete the training by the deadline, they will become ineligible to perform work until ALL training is completed.

NSM Technology Policy for Scanning & Sending Custom Molded Seating: iPhone Pro Upgrade to Replace iPad Pro for Technology Enablement
Effective 12/20/24 NSM issued iPhone Pros will be the technology provisioned to enable the scanning and sending of digitized files for custom molded seating. The iPhone Pro is equipped with a Lidar camera, for scanning quality, has a larger screen and can support the Scaniverse App. If you already have an iPad Pro that you are using for scanning, this change will only impact you should the iPad fail and you need a replacement device.
NSM Finalizes National Payer Agreement with Cigna Medicare Advantage
NSM's Payer Relations Team is pleased to announce the finalization of a national contract with Cigna Medicare effective as of January 1, 2025. Cigna Medicare Advantage plans cover more than 570,000 patients in 30 states.
