Review your Paycheck & Benefits Elections for Accuracy
Last week marked the first regular payroll of 2025. This also makes it the first payday with 2025 benefit deductions withheld.
- Review your check stub to ensure your elections and deductions are accurate. Click here for a job aid on how to access your check stub.
- Review your benefits summary from the Explain My Benefits (EMB) portal. To access the portal, log in to UKG and follow the path: Myself > Benefits > Manage My Benefits. From the EMB portal, expand the Benefits menu on the left and select Current Benefits. A job aid with screenshots is available on WNSM.
- You are responsible to report any inaccuracies to Human Resources immediately. Send an email to benefits@nsm-seating.com no later than January 29th if you find an error or would like to make a change. We will be unable to make any changes to your 2025 open enrollment elections after January 29th, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
First Paycheck with Increase to 401k Match
Last week marked the first regular payroll with our increased 401k match.
- NSM has increased the employer match from $.25 to $.35 for every $1.00 contributed up to 6% of eligible earnings. This represents a 40% increase to the company match.
- Remember that your 401k contribution rate can be changed at any time. Information on how to adjust your contribution rate can be found on our 401k page on WNSM.
Benefit ID Card Reminders
- Benefit ID cards have been mailed. Most carriers do not create new ID cards unless you are a new enrollee or you made a change to your plan(s) during open enrollment.
- Do not discard your HSABank cards from 2024. HSABank will only generate new debit cards for new enrollees or for those members who have a debit card expiring.
- Reminder: HSABank is our partner for both Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
- Our benefit partners all have websites and mobile applications that make it easy to order a new card or download a digital ID card. Visit our benefits page on WNSM for more information.
