Company Priorities

Form 1095-C & Benefit Plan Document Details - originally shared 2/27 - US Employees Only
As a part of the Affordable Care Act, the IRS requires the distribution of a document called a “1095” by March 3, 2025. The 1095-C is one of three versions of the Form 1095. This version is distributed by NSM to all full-time employees. The form indicates if you were offered a medical plan that met both minimum value and affordability requirements and also confirms each month of enrollment during the 2024 plan year.

NSM Revenue Cycle Team Successfully Launches AI Order Support Tool to All NSM U.S. Locations
To reduce delays and deferrals for our clients, and to share feedback with our clinicians sooner, NSM's Revenue Cycle Leadership Team is excited to announce the launch of an automated AI order support tool that evaluates medical documentation and compares it to the payor requirements. The AI order support tool went live on Monday, March 3 to all NSM U.S. locations.

NSM New-Hire Orientation Enhanced to Further Improve Experience
NSM’s New-Hire Orientation (NHO) program launched enhancements on March 3 to further improve the new-hire experience. Be sure to review what you need to know and how it impacts you when onboarding your new hire.

Permobil Recall: Updated Process to Capture Work in Mobility Advisor
Permobil is required by the FDA to contact the clients directly to initiate replacement of the speed control knob. NSM has provided the client contact information needed to contact the clients and initiate the recall for the speed control knob. Be sure to review the helpful job aid that explains how to enter a work order using a dispatch ticket in Mobility Advisor.
