NSM Welcomes New Team Members Through AdaptHealth Integration
On August 26, NSM reached a significant milestone with the acquisition of AdaptHealth’s CRT business. More than 88 new team members consisting of technicians, customer service specialists, funding specialists, ATPs, and branch leaders integrated into six NSM locations (Owings Mills, Jacksonville, Louisville, Greensboro, Dallas, and Buffalo) while also adding three new locations in St. Paul, MN, Grand Rapids, MI, and Havre De Grace, MD.

NSM Google Reviews Increase 194% Since Launch of 'Just Ask' Program
Before the launch of the Google Review 'Just Ask' program NSM had a total of 369 Google Reviews across the organization from January 2024 - May 2024. However, after the launch of the program in late June, the number of Google Reviews has increased to a total of 1,085 reviews across the organization.

Maintaining a respectful workplace at NSM is every employee’s responsibility! With this in mind, all NSM employees have been assigned a the Discrimination and Harassment Annual Compliance training via NSM University. The required course must be completed by Wednesday, October 9.
Home Access’ CRT Pilot Expands to 50 Branches in October
Following a successful 6-branch pilot, which saw a 442% increase in referrals and a 120% increase in referral sales, the program will roll out nationally in October.
